Extra:
If you only want to fade in or out just leave the relative half of the Motion tween out.

If you want the fade to be quicker take out frames. Alternatively add more frames to make it a longer fade.

If you want to do one fade then stop i.e. not loop round. Add the actionscript
stop();
to the end frame.

These simply plain effects can be altered very easily to create a very interesting effect. This below example has changed the font to represent a typewriter and added a sound effect for each tap on the typewriter. I have also changed the rhythm of the typing to be a more realistic hand pattern.

(*Note: there is sound for this example so use speakers/headphone to get the full effect.)
(**Note: the "replay" button is there so it does not continuously loop and drive you mad!)

New Blog

I have decided to create a new blog to host my resource and tutorials so they're easier for students to access and me to manage.

My first task is to copy over my old tutorials and then work on some Actionscript 3.0 versions of them as I know people are having issues with buttons in Flash.

As well as flash some basic Final Cut tutorials would be great and lots of links to great resource already out there on the net.
